We are a specialist online supplier of custom cut beams and boards at UK Sleepers. We can sell you any quantity for projects of any size, from single units to full containers and truck loads. You will be able to enter in your own details to order exactly what you need – simply select the product, then choose the length, width, depth and quantity you need.

    You can choose from:

Our cost calculator will work out exactly how much your products will cost. Specify the custom beams and boards you require, then enter in your dimensions and quantities.

If you are carrying out interior projects, air dried oak is the ideal choice. It is solid and sturdy, and by choosing our custom milling service you can receive a product that is totally bespoke and made especially for you.

The kiln dried oak that we supply is dried to have 8-10% moisture. It comes from sustainably cropped European woodlands, giving it an attractive grain and making it perfect for flooring and furniture.

Fresh sawn oak, also known as green oak, is also available as a custom milled option from UK Sleepers. Our other freshly sawn alternative is our untreated oak board, which is cut with a straight edge to make it perfect for use in the garden. Create patios, planters, furniture and raised beds.

If you have any questions, our staff will be able to advise you. We have plenty of experience and can help you find the right custom cut beams and boards for your project. You can get in touch with us directly using our live chat service. Alternatively, contact us via telephone or using our online form.
